"HOUSE
RULES and POLICIES 2008" We have established the following policies and rules of conduct in order to provide the safest and most enjoyable entertainment experience for our customers, as well as to protect the security and integrity of our business and property. Most of these rules are just common sense and common courtesy. When you buy your ticket and enter theatre grounds, you are agreeing to abide by theatre policies and house rules. Please familiarize yourself with these policies and rules ahead of time. Keep your ticket stubs. This is important. Your stub is your proof that you paid proper admission for that evening. Speed limit is 5 MPH. No warnings. Parents are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Children must wear shoes on the lot. No sitting on the roof of your vehicle. Only one space per vehicle. Park within four feet of next vehicle. If you wish to sit outside, do so in front of your vehicle. Do not block another parking space. No Littering. Please place your trash in one of the many trash receptacles we have about the lot. No Alcohol or Glass Bottles. Anyone caught with alcohol or glass bottles on theatre property will be ejected without a refund. No exceptions. We will confiscate alcohol from minors. PLEASE NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES! In rare cases, we may ask to inspect a vehicle if we suspect a serious violation of theatre policies (e.g. people sneaking in without paying or contraband such as alcohol or video equipment). Any patrons who refuse this request will be ejected from theatre grounds without a refund. If you have any questions about this policy, please email us. Pets are allowed. However, owners are completely responsible for the behavior of their pets. If your dog likes to bark at passer-bys, please leave them at home. Dogs must be leashed at all times. You must clean up after your pet. Walk your dog in the back of the lot or in the wooded area on the southeast side of the theatre. No animals are allowed inside the concession stand as per Health Department requirements. Video cameras or any other recording devices are not allowed on theatre grounds. We support anti-piracy laws and film company efforts to prosecute violators. No refunds. No rain checks. There is one exception to this rule. If mechanical/electrical failure occurs, or if heavy fog/snow (as determined by the projectionist) prevents the first feature from being shown, we will give passes for future use (no cash refunds). If for any reason the second feature cannot be shown, customers can return another night to see the same second feature only for no additional charge. This must be exercised within the week of the film’s run. No saving spaces. Spaces are on a first come, first served basis. Large vehicles must park at designated evenings. Large vehicles include vans, SUVs, trucks, jeeps, etc. (any vehicle that is not classified as either a car/sedan or wagon as defined by Edmunds.com). Designated evenings are Fridays and Saturdays, Memorial Day to Labor Day, and holiday nights as designated. Oversized vehicles must park in the back as directed by our parking attendants. We reserve the right to repark any vehicle. Hatchbacks must be tied down even with the roof line. Bring some bungy cords or we will provide twine at no charge. Turn off headlights and do not step on your brakes (tail lights) when the feature is on. Patrons are responsible for knowing the operation of their vehicle. On most vehicles, you can disable your headlights/daytime running lights by engaging your parking brake (check your owner’s manual). If you cannot disable your headlights, then you cannot run your engine. No loud radio/CD playing. No leaving and re entering the theatre. Re entering cars will be charged another admission. We do not tolerate foul or abusive language. Do not shine flashlights on the screen. Laser pointers are strictly forbidden. In general, we ask you to be courteous to other patrons and theatre staff. We try hard to accommodate customer needs, but we will enforce our policies. Anyone who refuses to abide by our policies, at the discretion of management, will be ejected from the theatre without a refund. If you have any questions, please see one of our staff members. |
